This collection of three HanDBase database allows a Real Estate Agent to create a completely cross-linked database of listings, properties, vendors, purchasers, prices, property features and appraisal results. Listings With the listings database you can keep track of all your listings information from the time you list the property until settlement. Callers This database is linked to the listing database so you can keep track of all callers details and sort by the property they called on and their requirements. Appraisals No more need to use paper while doing an appraisal. Heap of entry points and check boxes for speedy data input which can be linked to the listings database for further information. 90 fields used in the database which most are used for fast entry. The unregistered version allows full access to the databases except that it limits the number of records entered to 3 records in the listings database and 3 records in the callers database, and 3 in the market appraisal database.
