Heap of entry points and check boxes for speedy data input which can be linked to the listings database for further information. 90 fields used in the database which most are used for fast entry. The unregistered version allows full access to the databases except that it limits the number of records entered to 3 records in the listings database and 3 records in the callers database, and 3 in the market appraisal database.
