This is a very simple expense recording database for real estate sales people. It allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses).
You may also keep miles driven and to-from locations as well as a note field for recording the purpose expense, or whatever you like. This can help at the end of the year to summarize business costs.
Check boxes with abbreviated label include:
meals (you can simply enter the clients part and put purpose in the comments field if you so choose)
office supplies
licensing fees
agency/board/MLS fees
r/e cell phone charges
advertising
computer-related (PCs, software, handhelds, etc)
auto repairs
auto washing
education
closing gifts
and ***COMMISSIONS***.
It is up to the user to create his/her own filters and reports; I just export to a spreadsheet. I created this for my Dell Pocket PC. Feel free to change things around to suit yourself.

This is an expense recording database for visual artists (painters, sculptors, etc). It is on two tabs to allow entry of an expense detail with an accompanying note if needed. This has helped me at the end of the year when compiling Schedule C expenses.

The TO-FROM LOCATION entry (in case you are keeping track of those miles)is now an editable pop-up so you wont have to type so much for up to 60 different frequently traveled destinations(just delete the ones I have and put yours in)

Expense Watcher 3.1.1 is designed as a handy program which gives you the ability to keep track of expenditure done on various items. The user can calculate the total expenses for a month or between any two dates.

Simple budget DB. First enter your Salary/Pay Check per pay period as Income, then all the Expense items you budget for and see how much they leave you.

I had a spreadsheet that was more involved (daily, pay period, monthly, annual) and I may evolve this to that. But for now just seeing how I allocated funds for a pay period was enough.

If you are a Windows user and have downloaded the wme4palm.zip file:
Extract the files using a standard unzip utility. Note the location of the directory/folder the file is extracted to.
Launch Palm Desktop. Select the Install Tool icon.
Select the correct user name from the User list.
Click on "Add" and browse to the folder where you extracted the files in the previous steps.
Select the folder "wme4palm" and select all the files. Click "Open". Select "Done" on the Installer tool. Place the corresponding handheld in the cradle and press the HotSync button on the cradle.

Combination Shopping, Purchasing and Financial Database, comprised of my best micro-databases newly redesigned to interconnect and act as a single database to be known as... RandyMoney2000 :), It should fit the needs of the simplest data keeping, up to some of the most complex.

All in RandyMoney2000 should help you keep track of Finances, Giftlists, what you want to buy, compare shop, keep track of BUSINESS EXPENSES vs. personal expenses, STORE PURCHASE INFORMATION on things like subscriptions, ACCOUNTS, and ... Lawnmowers by filling in fields like password, model# and serial number. Keep information on the merchants you shop often at the tip of your fingers. Itd take a long time to describe how to do all of the following operations just because there are so many, but I think youll find it pretty intuitive to use.

Example data has been provided to help you save time evaluating the database, but dont hold me to fake phone numbers, prices, etc. Take advantage of the popup lists and common phrases already stored. I should mention that the CATEGORY field has been setup as a note so that it could be a field containing multiple entries. For example A gift is a gift, but that gift could also be for business, so by putting both in both GIFT and BUSINESS, you will have better filtering functionality. (other examples BUSINESS + TRAVEL, or ENTERTAINMENT + GIFT, (Or Meal but not Grocery) Finally Although the alldatabases have been designed to work best together, each has also been designed to function well independently.
