WhatsOn allows you to download and display TV listing data in a grid format on your Palm.

MortScript interprets a (quite) simple batch language. If you know .bat files in DOS or shell scripts: its something like that. Its focus is to remote control or launch other applications, not to write real applications. I.e., you cant do complex dialogs or graphics with it.
Its more an hacker tool without a nifty interface, you have to write your scripts with any text editor.
For beginners, this might be a bit too complicated. However, its still far more easy to use than e.g. C++.

MessagEaseKB 4.0 offers you a Palm OS extension that temporarily replaces your Palm OS QWERTY keyboard. By doing so, you can access MessagEase's keyboard from within any Palm application by simply tapping on the keyboard icon. MessagEaseKB further simplifies text entry on Palm OS devices and relieves you from entering text through Graffiti.

Users have often reported surpassing their Graffiti speed after only a few minutes of MessagEaseKB use. (MessagEaseKB is configured and activated through an extension manager like X-master--included in the zip file downloaded here. You can switch back to your regular Palm QWERTY keyboard by simply un-checking MessagEaseKB in X-masters control panel.

Major Features

1. Be a great alternative for both, relieving you of carrying an extra, bulky keyboard just for when you need to do some serious text entry. Also look for MessagEaseST (Stamp) which will free your screen area completely. MessagEaseST is currently in advanced beta, available through MessagEase's Yahoo users group.
   
2. Optionally replaces your Palm's QWERTY keyboard, so that you can enter text much faster. It'll take you a few minutes to become familiar with MessagEaseKB's innovative keyboard. Spend about 15 minutes and you'll enter text faster than you do with Graffiti. If you use it for about 30-45 minutes, you'll enter text 2-3 times faster than Graffiti, much more accurately too.
   
3. Based on MessagEase's Patent protected technology, MessagEaseKB empowers you to enter all letters, numbers and special characters with a single tap or drag of a stylus. You can also reprogram your keyboard to enter other accented special characters with a single drag. At any rate, you'll have access to the full ASCII character set. Additionally, you can save and recall 90 pieces of text of any length; it's like having 90 large clipboards at your disposal!
4. Keyboard only has 12 keys, making each key much larger than the keys on a QWERTY keyboard. As a result, tapping on these keys is fast and accurate. In addition, MessagEase's keyboard is designed based on letter frequency data so most of the time (71%) you'll be only tapping. In a very short time since its introduction, MessagEaseKB and MessagEase have grown a sizeable number of followers
   
5. Be a shareware, with nothing disabled in it.

Along with TreoSkey, you can also select and dial any number in your address book with only the side volume keys and side button.
