UmtsCrunch is a database for UMTS Release 5 specifications, the so-called 3rd generation telecommunication system. The Zip file contains a .PRC and a .PDB file which need to be both installed on the Palm.
The program allows any kind of search through the list of database entries.
The database only contains specification title and name.

I wrote a little application that will turn off the cellular radio during certain times of the day. My goal is that this will help preserve power and extend the life of the battery.
You need to have the .Net Compact Framework v1.0 installed. The Samsung Blackjack ships with this already installed so you wont need to download anything else. This app *may* work on other Windows Mobile Smartphones, but I have not tested it on them and make no guarantees that it will work.
Copy the cab file to your device using ActiveSync and run the cab file locally on the device using the file manager. Once this is done you can run RadioOff from the start menu. To use the application set the times you want the radio to turn off and on (mine is set to turn off at midnight and turn back on at 7:00 am), then press the start button.
I would like to add additional features to this application, including disabling the UMTS radio unless certain applications are running but I really need to know how to build the application so that it will run in the background as a service.
