Todo2RFT 1.0 lends you the ability to read your todo database on your desktop and convert it to RTF or text format for printing. The program is a Windows program, but I have included the source code so you can probably convert it to work with other operating systems.

The program reads the Todo database that is created when you hot sync your PalmPilot to the desktop, so make sure and sync before running this to print the latest version. Why do this you ask? The publisher did not like the format that the todo's were printed out from the Palm DeskTop, so with this program you can pretty much format them however you want in MSWord or any other text editor. This program runs in a DOS window on Win95, Win98, and Win/NT.

TouchTodo 1.0 is an application made for iPhone and iPod Touch. It solves one common problem in all other mobile todo apps - slow input. It adaptively learns what todo YOU input and what YOU used most frequently and prompts you in a non-intrusive way. TouchTodo can sync to Google Calendar. You can then in turn sync to most popular desktop calendars (including iCal and Outlook) or other online calendar services. This sync feature is in active development.

A small framework written in java to create the internal ToDoDB.pdb from a CSV file.
(Creator: todo, Type: data) of the Palm. It is compatible with PalmOS 1.0 or better.
Up to now, the format of the ToDoDB has not been changed.
It runs with Java 1.1 or better.
Syntax:

The ToDoCSV2PDB.JAR has to be included to the classpath or provide it with the -cp parameter to the Java Virtuell Machine.
There will be a second file needed with the suffix ifo.
That file will be used to generate a toDoDB.pdb from the CSV file.
It contains the names of the categories, sortOrder etc.
No other Database can be created with it.

TodoAgent is a little tool to help to transfer and post todo tasks to other palm users who are sharing the same Palm Desktop on one PC.
In this application, you can simply edit a new document, open an existed text file, or even paste something from the clipboard.
After select the users you want to share the task to do, set the priority ( Default is 3 ), set the due date ( default is today ), then click the Transfer button or click the menu item.
The content will be transfered into the Palm desktop. After the next HotSync, other ones may receive the tasks you just posted to them.
It provides the very convenient way to set tasks to do with your friends, partners or family if you are all using Palm devices and share the same Palm Desktop.
Enhancements:
- Add more conflict handlings to avoid duplicate todo items transfered to Palm Desktop.
- Add notes support when setting the todo items.

ToDo to Datebook allows you to archive your completed ToDos to your datebook as untimed events, so that you can at a glance see what was accomplished that day, or just archive everything in one place.
Main features:
- Ability to set the untimed appointment category to match todo categories if the name exists.
- Choose only certain priorities to transfer to your datebook
- Specify how you would like the priority indicated in the untimed appointment, or not at all
- Assign todo\\s with no due date to todays date (otherwise undated todo\\s are ignored).
- Update fixes problem for non-DateBk4 users. DateBk4 specific information was being placed in the Notes field regardless if the only DateBk4 option was selected or not.
Enhancements:
- This is an important update. In one situation, some records were getting flagged as DELETED when moved to the Datebook.

The right ToDo list for couples. Share your tasks, add or edit the partners items. Then beam sync (peer-to-peer sync) using HanDBase 3.0. So you are always up to date with your other half!

There are some useful filters set by default using Views. They are:

Everything: Shows tasks for both of you.
Her ToDo: Show Her pending items.
His ToDo: Show His pending items.
Her Done: Show Her completed items.
His Done: Show His completed items.

The fields shown on the record list view also adjust according to the View to maximize efficiency while on the run.

DueItToday is a replacement for the Palm OS ToDo/Tasks application.
It automatically migrates all of your existing ToDo data as well (and synchronizes with any changes you make in ToDO/tasks).
I is also Multitasker 1.0-enhanced, and supports displaying ToDo items in a window.
