The whole point of a to-do list is prioritization, and 1-5 doesnt cut it. This applet lets you estimate cost (e.g., "How long will this take?") and benefit (e.g., "How much would I pay to have it done for me?"). The benefit/cost ratio gives a surprisingly accurate way to see what is *really* important on your to-do list.

Phone List is a freeware app that lets you keep track of telephone calls you have to make, that you wouldnt want to store in todo or address book.
You can mark an entry as a tick, cross or question mark, indicating a positive, negative or unknown response.
In a nutshell : it replaces a pen and paper list of places to call.

$-Amt- Use this field for budgeting purposes.

Certificate- The check box makes tracking certificates easy to remember.
Send Card- Reminder check box for sending that special someone a holiday card.
Shipped- Keep up with when you sent the package- date option is a popup calendar.
Shipper- Fed-X, UPS, and US Postal Service listed in the Popup menu.

Notes- Anything special worth noting can be entered here.
