Isell for Palm OS, an original part of the Ipalm suite.
This software is FREE because Im a 13 year old student (cant charge) and I believe in free software.

This database is used to record software and hardware purchases. It is especially designed to maintain a record of version upgrades for the PDA. If using the form, most of the fields are labeled. Included under notes is an update date. There are also a number of drop down fields. For Construction Safety & Loss Control Professionals, this is a PDA version of an inspection form that I use to document job site safety deficiencies. Has check boxes and text areas, also has Excel file that I import data into for final output to General and Subs.

A simple database to track forms submitted for various reasons within an organization. Managers and Supervisors have typically seen how easily important documents get mis-placed, mis-filed, lost or tossed. This database simply records the form type, date of submission, relevent associated parties, and brief description for why the form was submitted. It has been a crucial piece of evidence in many past conflicting stories about whether or not a given form was ever submitted, when it was submitted, who it was submitted to, who by, etc. etc. etc.
The typical filters I use are date spans which change as I need them to, YEAR, MONTH, WEEK......and then FORM TYPE. Given the fields of the database, it is simple to filter whatever best suits what youre attempting to organize, customize the filters as you see fit, I left the ones I use for the most part intact in this.
Ill never manage without it. I left the Pop Up fields occupied so you could get the drift of how I used it. The first and last name are typically the relevent individual who filled out the form, or the Supervisor / Manager submitting the form, that makes finding the evidence I need much easier. Feel free to adapt the database design for your own uses, youll come to depend upon it if forms are common in your line of work.

It will also let you preview fonts without having to select them in FontHack123. User can customize and save sample text and delete font databases without switching out of the program.

Couldnt find a country list database so I built one for a larger database. Ive placed countries that I use the most at the top of the list. Feel free to reorder the list. Youll have to change country type from link/linked/relationship on your own to fit it within your database. Has CountryID (hidden) and Country. Has Add Form and Edit Form.
