GPScalc is a calculator to convert between geodetic longitude and latitude to UTM eastings and northings and to calculate distance and headings between waypoints with great accuracy.

GPScalc allows you to calculate distances to within 1 cm accuracy between your GPS position fixes. VINS is a software about wine (vins is the french word for wines). It allows you to manage perfectly your wine cellar, but it especially provide you with a complete encyclopaedic base on more than 1400 appellations and tastings advices (food & wines, service...).

VINS is now used all around the world ,by more than one thousand of users, amateurs or wine professionals.

The main advantage of VINS are its databases . Here is a quick description of those databases :


Appellations :

Its the heart of VINS. Data file with ALL French (AOC and AOVDQS ), Swiss, Portugeses, Italians, Algerians and Austrians appellations. For each, appellation name, region (Alsace, Bordelais...), vinification (Red, White, ...), type (Dry, ...), variety / grappe (cabernet, merlot, ...), apogee (min/max), maps for localisation. Its more than 1400 wines (growing ...). User is able to add appelations of his choice or modify any appellation.
This base is searchable directly (when at restaurant for example) or is used when adding new wines in your wine-cellar.


Grappes :
