This program will be especially helpful if you dont synchronize contacts of your mobile device with Microsoft Outlook. Using this application you can edit/add/delete contacts of your PPC/Smartphone on your desktop computer or laptop, also the program has built-in small photo editor, so you can easely work with photos for your contacts (rotate, cut part of the photo and so on). This utility also include ISO Country Codes (this is same as the internet domain extension, for instance www.somesite.us means domain belongs to USA , wwww.somesite.cn means the domain belongs to China), International Phone Codes and list of all states in US along with Abbreviation.
This utlity will allow the user to search the data in the following ways
1) Search by Area Code
2) Search by State Name
3) Search by City (even partial names)
Apart from these search facilities the utility also provides a user friendly GUI , where by the data is presented in easily readable format.

A tool to allow management staff to track delegated tasks across an enterprise. This database can be distributed across an organization and includes an update service, providing managers with an organization-wide view of tasks. It is built to be used by mulitple users, with periodic data consolidation. The task information can be accessed via a website for read only access by staff without a mobile device if required.

A variety of MS Access Add Ons are available. These include tools to place financial values on tasks, rate staff performance, and assess ability to work within deadlines.

This is a simple database. Its designed to be used by novice users. It can be used as a stand alone database, but really becomes powerful when used by a workgroup, or organization, across multiple managers. The transfer of data is simple, and created to be within the abilities of all management level staff. An extensive document is included to help with questions.
