Contact manager is a finger friendly contact application for PDA phone, it will allow you to scroll to you list of contacts, call them and edit them.
Whats different from other contact application:
- It can be used with fingers, no need to get your stylus. Finding contact with your finger is really easy, its different than other software: if you press you finger on the left or right border of the screen it will allow you to select the letter youre searching for, release the finger, it will show you the contact starting with this letter. Why does it work? Human being cannot point directly to the right letter on a small screen, however human are very precise while moving their finger. So you press the screen, see the feedback, adjust the position to the right letter... and youre done!
- Its animated: the list scroll with your finger in a natural movement, the transition between contact detail and contact list are animated.
- You can set contact as favorites, they will appear in the favorite list, perfect to get a quicklist of contacts under the finger.
- You can edit your contact picture from the software, simply tap on the contact picture.
- You can customize about everything by changing the setting.ini: color, font, background image, etc...

This is a simple and quick Contact Manager system that I designed for salespeople to keep track of customer contacts.
I set up this file to automatically fill in date and time when a new record is created. There are popups in the comments field with common phrases. You can add to these or create your own. You can use several of these comments in the comments field as they are set up to append. You can also add Customer and Contact name popups. Click on Name and Contact and you will see Edit Popup List. Add names there. The call back checkbox can be selected and a date can be selected. The Notes field is for entering more detailed information on the call--for example, a complete call report.

Contact Linker is an application that allows to easily manipulate your contacts (stored in you phones memory). more>>
Associates, remove or export in mass, by the quickest possible way, specific pictures in your contacts.
Import and Export the ringtones association (the file format is clear and intuitive to allow a quick reorganisation of the contacts specific ringtones). You can make some different ringtone files to make some kind of profiles !
Contact Linker allows to automatically associates (with a single click) all the image files in a specific directory (and with a specific name like "LastName_FirstName.ext") to the matching contact found in the phone memory (and not in the SIM). The filename template can be changed in a configuration menu
The image format file may be one of the ones recognised by the phone (jpg, gif, bmp ).
The pictures are imported from the following directory by default: "d:Media filesimageContacts".
The pictures already stored in the contacts may be overwritten.
The stored picture format in the contact is jpg with a quality of 90%.
Contrary to the default contact application, Contact Linker does not resize your pictures (in the default application, the stored width cant be bigger that 208 and the stored height cant be bigger that 197). Thanks for taking a look at the SmartAssets Sales Application. This is an application that I built after looking at a ton of Contact Managers. As a Sales Guy I have learned to use technology to help me in being as successful as possible.
My idea of a good Contact Manager is one that will do what you need it to, with lots of flexibility but most importantly is quick and intuitive. I think that the HandBase application is a fantastic way to build and customize business applications very inexpensively and quickly. While the interface may not be the most stunning (sorry DDH) it is certainly quick and straight forward.
With the SmartAssets Sales App you will be able to track contacts, record history, track opportunities, and input completed orders. You will be able to see what opportunities you have for the month and/or for any particular company. You will be able to input info quickly and work the way that suits you best.
