Date To Date computes the distance (in days) between two dates. If you are in frequent need of date calculations, then this is for you.

This script for Russ Webbs RPN (from nthlab.com) will allow you to calculate using dates.

You can add or subtract from a date and find the difference between days. It will also tell you the day of the week.

The script supports various month, day, year formats to provide compatibility with US and European users.

This hack influences the way some system functions format date and time strings. As for now it just encforces leading zeros to be added to dates (month and day mainly) whenever its value would otherwise occupy just one digit (values less than 10). So instead of 96/1/9 you will see 96/01/09 as long as the hack is active. More features to come - hence the hack name.
Please note the application needs to internally call particular Palm OS functions for this hack to take effect. Most apps do, but if your favorite one is immune, you may try to ask the developers how do they format date and time strings or point to this hack for them to investigate if they can join the wagon (assuming they would will so of course).

Survey Manager is an example of an application that provides the user with the ability to keep counts while performing surveys. The surveys will show the date and time and a survey number can also be used. By simply pressing on the buttons the counters are incremented.
