Survey Manager is an example of an application that provides the user with the ability to keep counts while performing surveys. Pressing the OK button will save the survey and return to the database view. Pressing NEW in the database view will take you to a new survey. Pressing the CANCEL button will not save the survey and return you to the database view. Records can be viewed from the forms screen.
