Our opinion : this program has all the options you need, and you can change almost any setting in details. Zaurus IR Remote Controller is an application which can be used to control many popular RTV devices: TVs, video recorders, satellite decoders etc by the IrDA port installed in the Zaurus.
It can learn and send signals moduleted on 32-40 kHz wave (+/- few kHz) - same as many popular remotes use.
