Use this database to record cookie sales for Girl Scouts. It has a form that will allow you enter orders in with an append to record button for quick entry. It calculates the total in sales as you enter cookie orders. There a jump to form for a summary of the type of cookies ordered and if they have paid or not. Views include who hasnt paid for quick check off as money is collected.

This database includes tables to track Accounts, Activities, Inventory, Samples, Orders, Notes, and Catalogue.
Route sales requirements vary greatly from organization to organization and I have tried to make this application as comprehensive as possible. Obviously you will want to customize to fit your requirements but this should give you a decent launching point.
Accounts
This is the main table you will work with. From here you will be able to access all relevant account info such as Contacts, Orders, Samples, On-Hand Inventory, Activities, and Notes.
I have included a field called Route ID# which you can use to group accounts to create your route. Once you have inputted these you can filter on this field to see only the accounts you are visiting today.
Orders
This table is used for creating new orders for your client. You tap on this field (from the Account table) to create/edit a record. Fill in the order#, PO#, ship date, etc. Tap on details to add/review items. You will be seeing the linked table. From here you can add items by tapping the item field, which will open the Catalogue table. Select the item you want and the item, price, product#, SCU, and description fields will automatically be populated with the correct information. You can then add the quantity and discounts applicable and the calculations will be done automatically.

This is a very simple expense recording database for real estate sales people. It allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses).
You may also keep miles driven and to-from locations as well as a note field for recording the purpose expense, or whatever you like. This can help at the end of the year to summarize business costs.
Check boxes with abbreviated label include:
meals (you can simply enter the clients part and put purpose in the comments field if you so choose)
office supplies
licensing fees
agency/board/MLS fees
r/e cell phone charges
advertising
computer-related (PCs, software, handhelds, etc)

It is up to the user to create his/her own filters and reports; I just export to a spreadsheet. I created this for my Dell Pocket PC. Feel free to change things around to suit yourself.
