Fuel Record is a PalmOS application that enables the user to track fuel purchases for up to 255 vehicles.
A variety of statistics are available, either for individual vehicles, or as aggregates.
Enhancements:
- Added the ability to add a note to a fuel purchase.
- Added support for the T5, Treo600, Treo650 and Zodiac rockers.
- Added support for the DIA on Sony Clie devices.
- Added prev/next arrows to the Edit form to allow for browsing the records.

The IRS insists that we keep accurate records of our Video Poker play in order to offset our winning sessions with our losing sessions. This database allows the user to track the play of one or two players.
It has the ability to calculate session wins or losses individually and jointly and year-to-date figures individually and jointly. The column headings are generic but can be personalized to suit the user. Most fields allow for popups so that frequently used items (such as Casino Name)can be selected from the list. Ive included popups for the casinos Ive visited but you can easily delete them or add your own. One sample record is included. Please delete it after viewing to insure accuracy of the totals.

This applet was originally based on a previous submission but Ive extended it significantly to allow you to track your RM (Repetition Maximum) values for each exercise (1-6-12 RM) as you progress. This is helpful to maintain workouts at your maximum efficency. You can also add as many additional exercises into the exercise groups as you need. There are four database files that use Relationship and Linked fields to gain the maximum value from the applet. I have loaded the exercises database with the standard Body4Life exercises plus a few extra. You can add as many as you wish including cardio exercises which are also important in the B4L program. The Program database is the entry point where you define the workout for the day (upper, lower body or cardio) and build a workout for each muscle group in the upper /lower body group. I have left some data in the RepMax database so you can see the Relationship fields in action. Once you have a new RM value you can jump through the Relationship field to the RepMax database and add new values. The third database (exercises) contains all the exercises and related information such as tempo, description etc... There is now a 4th DB used to set the current date allowing the calculation of days since last exercise within a group. This is useful in balancing your exercises over the longer term. I also have developed a paper form that works with this if youre a little squeamish about taking your PDA into the fitness areas.

This is a combination of two applets to assist rescue volunteers in keeping track of the dogs that come into rescue and the vet attention they receive. Has a small amount of data to get you started.
Canine Rescue volunteers have their hands full! There is alot to keep track of and you are often at the vet directly from picking up a new rescue. Wouldnt it be helpful to keep track of all that info in your PDA? Millions and millions of dogs (and cats) are euthanized every year and many more would be without all the rescue volunteers!
