Qibla Compass for Mobile Phones 1 is a powerful and functional tool that lets you not only get Qibla direction from True North but with an even more accurate method of determining the Qibla direction from the current position of the Sun, you always know what direction to face. Qibla Compass is your best companion whether you're a casual traveler, at your work place, or simply at home.

Sun Compass is a compass for Pocket PCs. All you have to do, is to setup your homecity by selecting it from the list. If your hometown is not available just select one nearby.
After knowing the geographic position (longitude and latitude) and the timezone (difference tothe GMT Standard Time) the program calculates the direction of the sun anddisplays a yellow circle (sun symbol) on the display.
Sun Compass itself is Freeware.
Enhancements:

- Installation on expansion cards. Only Mathlib.prc has to be in RAM.
- Especially for photographer: If you want to know about the lighting conditions for another time, just set the sun compass clock temporarly to another time and you know the position of the sun for every hour a day everywhere on earth
- The information screen that appeared in former versions may now be suppressed by registering the software online (its free!). You get your personal code immediately after registering via email.

Use your cell phone as a compass. By rotating the phone so that the sun and/or moon icons match their location in the sky, the top of the phone will indicate true north.
