This applet really helps you keep track of all the things you need to do BEFORE and AFTER a closing takes place. RE-CLOSEDATA and its Forms contain the essentials of all your active and completed closings.

All this in ONE pdb table! You can enter items as they change and occur and then have a compact detailed historical record. Your clients will be startled with your incredible memory!
I created this for my Dell Pocket PC using Handbase 3.51 Feel free to change things around to suit yourself.

This is an expense recording database for real estate sales people which is very similar to, but improved, version of R/E EXPENCE in this Gallery. It is now on two tabs to permit Pocket PC keyboards not to be in the way, too.
In this version, there are:
Tabs for EXPENSE Details and NOTES.
The TO-FROM LOCATION entry is now an editable pop-up so you wont have to type so much for up to 60 different frequently traveled destinations(just delete the ones I have and put yours in).
As before, it allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses).
You may also keep miles driven and to-from locations as well as a note field for recording the purpose expense, or whatever you like. This can help at the end of the year to summarize business costs.
Check boxes with abbreviated label include:
meals (you can simply enter the clients part and put purpose in the comments field if you so choose)
office supplies
licensing fees
agency/board/MLS fees
r/e cell phone charges
advertising
computer-related (PCs, software, handhelds, etc)
auto repairs
auto washing
education
closing gifts
and ***COMMISSIONS***.
