GameWrite is a miniature IDE that can be used to create Pocket PC games and multimedia applications on your Pocket PC . Its possible to do this without using Embedded Visual Basic or a desktop compiler. GameWrite uses the ASpriteCE Game Control as its engine, and you can access any of ASpriteCEs functions from within the IDE. Several samples ship with the application to get you started, and online help is available within the IDE. GameWrite is FREE for personal, non-commercial development of freeware applications. To distribute your creations commercially, you will need to purchase a copy of the ASpriteCE Game Control

Recover jpegs etc from pdb files. Palmstream is used to convert a pdb file to something else.:-)

It should handle various file types that have been embedded within a pdb file (eg image files from newer palms with cameras and various photo/imaging programs,sound files etc. )

If you have some images saved as mysterious PDB files, this app MAY help you out.

This simple clock displays the time in binary. From left to right the columns are hours, minutes and seconds. Pressing Show Time will display the time as represented.
This small distraction will help you understand binary a little better, if you want to know!

If you are crazy about soccer, you cant miss any of the matches. The application can help you to check the match schedule whenever you want. The small kit is a pocket guide for you to enjoy World Cup 2006. The application is simple. You can browse the groups and teams. You can switch between groups by left and right arrow keys. You can have a certain teams match schedule by a simple click. To go back to the group view from a team view, you need to click the soft back key. The time for each match has been converted to your local time. The time conversion depends upon the locale settings of your phone
Enhancements:
- Fixed some bugs

This will not be an another application to boast our pocket pc innovations. But this might really be usefull for some. Set the Alarm and the software will wake up the device and speak out the time when the Alarm time is reached. Supports multiple Alarms currently. Supports custom voices(skins) in future.

Technical notes: We tried using a text to speech engine to read out the time but it ate up more memory from the pocket pc and so we rather ended up using recorded voices which were apparantly smaller in size. And also allowed the advantage of customizing it later.

The total software size is less than 1MB and requires no installation. Just download the archive, extract it and copy the folder to anywhere in your Pocket PC. Note that this is a Beta version and CAB installation will be available in the final release. This software will be a Freeware currently.
