Meal planning DB that uses several linked DBs of food categories as well as a recipe DB. Plan a week of meals and export records to memopad. Refer to memo when shopping or rushing home form work wondering what to make for dinner. Delete one weeks menus before adding the next.
I created this DB to get my family out of resturants and back to the dinner table. It uses several linked DBs. If you find that annoying, I am also submitting a leaner version (Meal Plan 2) that only uses 2 linked DBs. Populate the food list databases with what you like to eat. Please edit as you need.
