For example A gift is a gift, but that gift could also be for business, so by putting both in both GIFT and BUSINESS, you will have better filtering functionality. (other examples BUSINESS + TRAVEL, or ENTERTAINMENT + GIFT, (Or Meal but not Grocery) Finally Although the alldatabases have been designed to work best together, each has also been designed to function well independently.
