This application is designed to make the recording and management of organization member records and related dues and assessments easy. This application is implemented using the HanDBase database software developed. It could be just what you have in mind for your club, association, or organaization. NOTE: A User Manual with screen images, in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) format, is provided.
The primary database in this systems is the MMPeople database. It is used to record the information about each member of an organization. It provides an financial Account Balance for each member, with direct access to the detailed transactions which make up the account balance. It is also use as a DB popup database to provide pertinent member information to the MMFinance and the MMOrg databases. The MMFinance database uses the MMPeople database as a DB Popup to retrieve pertinent information about an individual when that person is assessed a fee or makes a payment to the organization. The MMOrg database contains a record for each position in an organization. It uses the MMPeople database as a DB Popup to retrieve pertinent information about an individual when that person is elected to or assigned to a position.

There are many Calling Cards and Callback services that allow you to minimize the cost of making international phone calls. Unfortunately, mobile phones do not typically support these services and you have to do a lot of manual steps in order to use them.
EasyCall simplifies the usage of Calling Cards and Callback Services on your mobile. Just select the phone number from your Address book and Call as usual!

As the name of the applet implies, this is a "Complete Car Maintenance Guide." As an added bonus you also can track mileage for all your different vehicles.
The Mileage portion of this database does not work with Handbase 3.x!!! I dont know why and Im not looking to update it anytime soon. If you want full functionality of the "Complete Car Maintenance Guide" please use version 2.x. If anyone wants to fix the database so it works in version 3.x please e-mail it to me and I will look at uploading it here. The Complete Car Maintenance Guide is a collection of four databases all working together so you can keep track of your routine maintenance on your vehicles. As an added bonus there is also a database (included in the four mentioned) that you can keep track of your vehicles mileage. The databases are completely customizable to suit your specific needs. The unique feature of the Complete Car Maintenance Guide is that you are able to track different vehicles independent from one another. For example, if I perform different maintenance tasks on all of my vehicles regularly, a single database would allow me to list each task separately but I would have to create filters to see a list view of all tasks performed on a specific vehicle. The Complete Car Maintenance Guide automatically creates databases independent of one another so when I want to view everything done on a single car I just have to select that car and the appropriate database. Full details are explained within the Users Manual. Included in the zip file are four databases (all needed to function properly), a readme file, and a Users Guide in pdf format.

This application is designed to make the documentation and management of categories (groups)or types of inventory records an easy task. It consists of two databases: HomeInvCategory and HomeInvDetail.
Flexible Design
The design of this application, with a separate database for inventory categories permits the user to enter the number of categories required to meet his/her needs.
Categories are not pre-defined, thus the user is free to choose the names he/she desires for the categories.
The user may also choose the names for any detailed inventory item records.
Intended Use
This application is intended for home use. Although it may be of value in other environments.
Security
The user should be aware that the security features of HanDBase have not been activated. These features may be activated by the user as deemed necessary.
Manual
A user manual in Acrobat Reader format is provided (it takes up most of the space in the application zip file). The manual contains PDA screen images using the sample data provided.
The manual is divided into five sections that relate to its use.
1- The first section discusses what some of the data items are that you may wish to record.
2- The second section addresses where the different types of data should be recorded.
3- The third section discusses how the data should be recorded.
4- The fourth section provides instructions for printing reports from the databases.
5- The fifth section provides documentation for detailed definition of the databases and forms .

This database is designed to track the maintenance of your vehicle(s): to schedule your maintenance (either by date or mileage), remind you of services you might otherwise not think of performing, and track the cost of the services individually and summarily. Users might include do-it-yourselfers as well as those who hire a professional. A must-have for vehicle maintenance is your owners manual. There is where you find which services need doing when. If you dont have an owners manual go to any autoparts store and purchase an aftermarket manual like Chiltons or Hanes.
Zipped file contains vehicle maintenance.pdb file version 2.0 and a readme.txt file. Changes from previous versions include: 1) Cost calculator bug fixed from version 1.0 2) Mileage calculator to dentify when service is needed 3)popup list of service descriptions 4) multiple vehicles combined into one database for convenience. (Use of filters allows for viewing of individual vehicles. See readme.txt for description of common filters you might use.)

A complete suite of applets starting with Vet Info that also tracks complete Registration info for filling out entries, Titles Earned to keep track of different titles in US and Canada, Current Training log so youll know what you need to work on; AKC CH & Coursing & Obedience Titles, ASFA Coursing Titles, Agility Title as well as Stud AND Whelping records! You can keep track of your expenses associated with each dog. Ouch! You might not want to know how much that title really cost you!! Has a small amount of data to give you an idea to get started. Just add your own records and delete mine!

Now you can leave all those binders at home and have all the information you need in the Palm of your hand! Of course you have all this info in your file cabinet, now you can easily take it on the road for that unexpected visit to the vet, to shows, competitions and even your National Specialty! Since we believe you must first have a healthy dog to be able to be competitive the first database is *Vet Info* it keeps track of shots, medical procedures, vet visits, dates in season, important genetic screening results and registry numbers. Links to K-9 Titles which first links to Current K-9 Training so youll know what you need to work on next. Your Competition Record link can be used for ANY dog sport, shows, coursing, tracking, agility, flyball, ANYTHING, just add your sport in the popups!! Now youll have the information about which judge put you up and which one dumped you right there at the show BEFORE you put your entries in for that next show! Even links to Stud and Whelping records so you can review important information while considering possible sires. ** If you find anything that does not work or would work better changed, let me know & Ill change it! ****NOTE**** that the "Vet Record" in this database is considered the "parent" file in this database. ALL the other records are considered "child" databases. This means you MUST first create a "vet record" for your dog and THEN while in that record click on a link for whatever else you want to add, click new and then add your information. This way all information will be linked back to the "parent" vet record for THAT dog. If you create your information directly in the other databases instead of going thru the "vet record" they will NOT be linked! It includes 5 different themes, 24/12 hour displays and saves your current location and preferences.

- Manual overide of the clock to compensate for device errors.
- It was my intention to enabled multiple langauge support for this application, although this has not been done at the present time. If this is something that you would like to see please email me and I will increase its current low priority.
