Its a skin for Windows Media Player for Pocket PC that looks like a tricorder from original 60s Star Trek.
Now you can have an original series tricorder on your Pocket PC as well. Another must have for Star Trek fans, especially those who still remember fondly the show that started it all!

An application for Series 80. SRuler brings the famous Ruler application from Nokia 9110 Communicator to Series 80. SRuler supports both metric and imperial systems, and the ruler view can be trimmed to meet user preferences.
