DynRIL 1.0.103 is a versatile and user-friendly RIL wrapper that can be used with various development tools and can be called from projects written in several well known languages like C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc. It provides an interface that handles the communication between the CellCore system software and the radio hardware.
The DynRIL is a powerful wrapper that makes the job of phone applications developers much easier, regardless of the language used.
DynRIL is exporting the same interface as DynTAPI, and it brings several new functions like the audio routing functions for switching the audio from Earpiece to the back speaker. This Library can be used with various development tools and can be called from projects written in several well known languages like C++, C#, Visual Basic, etc.

The Panini keypad system when installed on a cell phone allows the user to type conveniently in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, Gurmukhi (Punjabi) and Assamese. There was no such easily usable means to type in a regional language of India available until now. Mobile penetration in India is high with phones having reached those segments of society who are unfamiliar with the English alphabets and hence had no way to utilize the texting applications of the phone.
Panini allows one to compose a text message in a regional language of India, and send it to any other phone as a low cost SMS. Panini also offers SMS compression which increases the standard payload of a single SMS from 70 characters of Unicode to about 240 characters of Indian language text in a single message for the same cost. This opens up new possibilities for cost effective Mobile marketing and meaningful Information enabling applications for rural India over the ubiquitous SMS. Mobile phone penetration in India is very high with about about 336 million active mobile phone users.
And growing at over 10 million new users per month in the past months. Panini also offers automatic transliteration between the languages of India in the manner that a person can write a message in Hindi and send it in Malayalam, a language of Kerala in South India. Or receive a message in Tamil and read it in Gujarati. This would be helpful in a country of many languages. Indian language scripts typically use many characters not all of which are used equally frequently and the Abiguda scripts are full of ligatures which follow complex rules of usages.

The following is a list of things you can track. COMPANY: name, phone. COMPUTER: name, type, o/s, services, modem line, location, domain, workgroup, admin login, admin pass. HARDWARE: manufacturer, model, serial, cpu, ram, hard drives 0-4, video, sound, ethernet cards 0-1, tape drive, cd-rom, dvd-rom, netbeui. TCP/IP: ethernet 0-1 ip, mask, dns, gate, wins. IPX frame, force even, max conn, max sockets, net address, source routing, netbios over ipx. USERS: email, name, dept, phone, login, pass. There are similar fields for printers, routers, hubs, and switches. There is also a JOURNAL where you can track the work performed, as well as the time and date. The JOURNAL also totals the time per job. Open the Journal in HanDBase desktop and export it to a spreadsheet to help simplify your billing.
The databases are named to make finding them in your backup folder and the HanDBase application easy. All data is entered via the Tech database. The rest are linked. Some fields have pop-up lists started for you. I hope this helps to make your life easier, and I look forward to your feedback.
