This Applet is useful for tracking Ads that you see on TV, hear on the Radio or see on Billboards. That way if you want more info or want to order you dont have to remember the info you saw or heard.
This Applet has the following fields:
Date - Date you add this record.
Time - Time you add this record.
Channel - This is so you can record where you heard or saw this. Has Popups for Local, Cable, Network, Radio Station.
Item - Name of the item.
Description - Detailed description of the item.
Price - Price of the item. Has popups for standard currencies and a + for additional costs as well as S&H to indicate shipping and handling costs.
Phone Number - Phone number to call to order. Has popups for standard Toll Free numbers.
Web Site - Products Web Site address. Has popups for standard items in web sites, www., .com, etc.
Address - Physical mailing address to order. Has popups for standard Street abbreviations.
Details - Note field to write more details on the product.

This Dbase is for serious and amateur Photographers who want to track their photography skills frame per frame, it is mostly a pop up database its very quick & easy to use!

There are now 5 databases in the package. Sorry about the name change on the linked databases, but decided that it needed consistency. The main Database is "Sailboat_Tracker", and the others are "SBT_Equip", "SBT_Mechanical", "SBT_Sails", "SBT_ToDo", and "SBT_WrkDone". All of the "SBT" databases are accessed from "Sailboat_Tracker", so that is the only one you need to open. "Equip" lets you list all of the added equipment on the boat, as well as pricing, location, manufacturer, serial number, model number, etc. "Mechanical" is a place to list part numbers for mechanical items you replace, or should replace periodically on your boat. It has the ability to list the original manufacturer and part number along with 1 alternate manufacturer and part number as well. "Sails" keeps track of headsails and has fields for sail dimension. It also calculates LP and LP as a % of J. "ToDo" gives you a place to keep track of those items you need to get done. Each item you enter here will automatically set a reminder alarm at the time you specify in this database. "WrkDone" is a listing of major (or minor) work you have had done, or done yourself on the boat. This gives you a maintenance/improvements history for your boat. If you delete the two boats and tell it to delete all linked records, you will have a nice empty database to start using for yourself. If you had the version with 3 attached databases, you can add your boat to the new "Sailboat_Tracker" database exactly as you had it in the old database, then rename the 3 old tables to the new names, and change the links to match the new "Sailboat_Tracker" database. After that, add the two new databases, and you should have the new update, running with all of your old data. I cant guarantee that it will work, but this is how I updated mine.

ArtWork was written using HanDBase version 3 and its accompanying forms program. It is designed to track work produced by an artist. The "calculated," "linked", "relationship," and database popup" (DB popup) field types are used throughout the application. There are seven databases. This version is "release 2." ArtWork is the primary database. It draws from each of the child databases. The "db-popup" field type is used in the "To Do" routine to draw information into it. Information captured includes item description, item #, sold to, date sold and to do. In this revision, the "item #" field was changed to "auction #." The child databases are ArtContacts - tracks "contact" information. Captured information includes name, address, city, state, zip phone number(s), shipping information and notes. ArtItems - the items produced by the artist. Captured information includes the item name, item number, description, hours and hours to make, and notes.
In this release, the item number was changed to "auction number" and three fields were added: "Copy this record to new" - allows the creation of a copy of the displayed record to facilitate editing of the "new" record with emphasis to the "number of this item" and "total number released" fields. Number of this item - If multiple copies of the item are made. Total number released - tracks the total number of the item released. ArtNotes - captures "note" information. There are three note fields to capture information. ArtShipMethod - captures methods of shipment, such as USPS, UPS, Federal Express. Information captured includes the shipping method and notes. ArtToDo - tracks "to do" activity. Information captured includes action, date/time to do, done (check box), time/date done, contact person, notes, cost, amount owed, running cost and running cost owed. The database is "related" using the "date created" field. ArtToDoList - is a list of various activities the ArtToDo database pulls from. The forms in each database are designed to allow movement between related forms and in many cases from the first, to last, and to next record. Related information displayed within the forms is indiated by the number of "related records" in the database being draw from. Tapping on the displayed number displays the "related files." In addition, links are provided to edit/display all records in another database. It is desirable to edit a "related record" from the "parent record" in order to maintain proper indexing.

Have you ever moved and cant find the box that has the pans? This applet can track your boxes of "stuff" if you are moving to another house, apartment or just have "stuff" in storage.
Box ID is currently an integer field. I use 0 for large items that are too large for a box. For boxes I assigned number sequentially as they were packed. Worked well if you have a mover with prenumbered stickers. Locations and contents have been populated with common rooms and box contents (dishes, towels, stereo, etc.)
