With the newer versions of WM5 the on-idle password protection even activates when you have your device cradled in its carkit. Sometimes this is very inconvenient, for example when you are using your device for car-navigation or using it as a phone in your car. This CAB-installer allows you to disable this behaviour when your PocketPC is cradled.

Note : you do NOT need this utility if your Pocket PC is not a WM5 model with AKU2.
