This application is designed to make the documentation and management of categories (groups)or types of inventory records an easy task. It consists of two databases: HomeInvCategory and HomeInvDetail.
Flexible Design
The design of this application, with a separate database for inventory categories permits the user to enter the number of categories required to meet his/her needs.
Categories are not pre-defined, thus the user is free to choose the names he/she desires for the categories.
The user may also choose the names for any detailed inventory item records.
Intended Use
This application is intended for home use. Although it may be of value in other environments.
Security
The user should be aware that the security features of HanDBase have not been activated. These features may be activated by the user as deemed necessary.
Manual
A user manual in Acrobat Reader format is provided (it takes up most of the space in the application zip file). The manual contains PDA screen images using the sample data provided.
The manual is divided into five sections that relate to its use.
1- The first section discusses what some of the data items are that you may wish to record.
2- The second section addresses where the different types of data should be recorded.
3- The third section discusses how the data should be recorded.
4- The fourth section provides instructions for printing reports from the databases.
5- The fifth section provides documentation for detailed definition of the databases and forms .

Noah Lite English Dictionary 1.0 is a powerful, perfect and popular home and education program. Noah Lite is a free version of Noah. It's a great product, sharing many features of Noah Pro, such as:

Applet allows for the tracking and reporting of hours and credits accumulated for maintaining professional certifications, licenses, etc. Applet is populated with an example, some common location sites and CPE types. Notes fields are provided to add additional information about the speaker, the course or other reference information.

I wrote this for staff who need to keep track of billable times for individuals who live in community waiver homes. This is a program where you will need to set up security due to HIPAA. There is a handy little pop up for putting in common phrases in the services provided field. Saves time. We nested services to make the pop ups easier to navigate. However, there is a limit to pop-ups, so you may need to delete some in order to add more.
