MedRules 3.3 is known as a great application which features useful clinical prediction rules taken from the medical literature. A few of the available rules may be seen in the animated screenshots shown to the right. Additional rules will be added over time. Complete references for each rule may be found by clicking the question mark icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. This application is for educational use only. It should not be used to make decisions affecting patient care.

Sol Free 4.5 provides you an interesting game in which you play five different solitaire games on your Palm. It contains 5 free solitaire games from Smallware's Solebon commercial solitaire.

Major Features:

Rules of Game:

1. 1 foundation piles (middle) - build according with counting cycle of cards, turned over from the stock.
2. Stock (face down) - turn over 1 card at a time, by clicking. Unlimited redeals. As the cards are turned up from the stock, count "Ace" for the first card, "Two" for the second, and so on up to "King" for the thirteenth card. Repeat the counting cycle again and again until the stock is exhausted.
3. Waste (next to stock) - top card is available for play on the foundation.
4. Indicator (above foundation) - shows the rank of the card that can be played on the foundation.
