Mortgage Etc (formerly Lend Etc) is a comprehensive tool for realtors, financial advisors, and lending professionals. It covers some exotic mortgage types, such as US Federal Housing Authoritys Graduated Payment Mortgages (FHA-GPM). PITI calculations are included along with amortization schedules. Data can be exported to Pocket Excel or CSV files to be used by desktop Excel. The following are some of the key features:

Customization -- the very fact that field descriptions can be translated into another language, it also can be changed for different terminology, ie, your own terminology can be substituted in.

Since our FormX technology enables ease of customization, more templates will be released in the future with different default values, terminologies, combination of input fields, screen layouts, etc.
