You can set the Delivered filter to show only those items not delivered. A Courier could set the Courier Assigned filter to show only his/her deliveries.
Uses three separate databases linked by DB Popups. The main database is the Deliveries Database. When a new delivery is to be added, you run this database. Select new to add a new delivery. Then press Courier Assigned to jump to the Couriers database where you select which courier.
