Lose It 1.1 provides a helpful application that helps you to loss weight. Use the Nutrient Preferences screen available from the More tab to select which nutrients you wish to track. A summary of daily and weekly nutrient consumption is provided on the My Day tab. Your profile lists the estimated daily calorie budget required to meet your goal.
You can adjust this figure by editing your profile using the Modify Profile screen available from the Goals tab. Starting and goal weights can be adjusted by editing your profile using the Modify Profile screen available from the Goals tab. Note that adjusting your starting weight will reset the weight history graph on the Goals tab.
