QuickType is a keyboard that sits in your Graffiti area. There are several different keyboard layouts available which can dramatically improve your text entry without giving up screen real estate. The built in keyboard is still available and you can write Graffiti directly through the keyboard.

Multi-Tracker - RE is a set of 7 HanDBase databases that is designed for the Real Estate professional. The components of Multi-Tracker - RE, Contacts-RE, Associates, Properties and Follow Up are all aimed at managing your interaction with people and their properties. Multi-Tracker - RE is based on the idea that each client relationship has one main point of contact, yet may have several other contacts. Multi-Tracker - RE will allow you to define that main contact, then link them to as many associates and properties as you wish. You can track a clients residences, vacation homes, investment properties from one place, and keep virtually unlimited notes on each. You can also keep track of things that have to be done in the future with the Follow Up feature.

This is a very simple expense recording database for real estate sales people. It allows for entry of a dollar amount and check boxes for the type of expense. Sales commissions paid may also be recorded by making a (-)amount entry (Of course, you can choose to enter ordinary expenses as minuses).
You may also keep miles driven and to-from locations as well as a note field for recording the purpose expense, or whatever you like. This can help at the end of the year to summarize business costs.
Check boxes with abbreviated label include:
meals (you can simply enter the clients part and put purpose in the comments field if you so choose)
office supplies
licensing fees
agency/board/MLS fees
r/e cell phone charges
advertising
computer-related (PCs, software, handhelds, etc)

closing gifts

It is up to the user to create his/her own filters and reports; I just export to a spreadsheet. I created this for my Dell Pocket PC. Feel free to change things around to suit yourself.
