Appointments is probably the most simple appointment tracking program out there. Its perfecy for the average person that only needs a simple appointment application to help keep track of their daily lives. The Date Book does not provide a way of displaying events or appointments that are weeks or months apart.

For example dental appointments are 6 months apart, physical exams with your family doctor are about a year apart, car maintenance appointments are 3-4 months from one another.

The appts program allows you to easily enter, sort and display all your future and past appointments.

With a single tap, all your stored appointments are shown or the ones from this time on.

Each record contains a memo area where notes and history can be kept.
With minimum taps date and time are quickly set.

Power Contacts adds the following options to the Contacts pop-up menu:

Create Appointment - creates an appointment with the contact as the attendee and the subject.

Create Task - creates a task with the contact as the subject.

Open Web Page - opens the web page associated with the contact.

ShadowLink is a Palm OS5 only utility designed to work with CodeJedis ShadowPlan to reverse jump to the specific list and item from a linked ToDo or Appointment.
Keying off the origin stamp written by Shadow Plan, ShadowLink can jump directly to the specific item, or to the top of the list, depending on which options you enable and the version of ShadowPlan you have.
Post v2.2 of ShadowPlan has the additional option under Link Preferences to support ShadowLinkHack and allows ShadowLink to jump directly to the linked item.
For ShadowPlan v2.2 and earlier, ShadowLink only jumps to the top of the specific list.

This program is for travelers. Being a plug-in to Calendar program, Time Zone changes appointment start time so that in current city it corresponds to the time of appointment in its "native" city, which will be selected by user
Main features:
- The problem of daylight saving time (DST) is solved in the program - but in part only. It changes start time of the appointment using shift between time zones (e.g., we have 6 hours shift between GMT-05.00 and GMT+01.00 time zones) and information from new check boxes. Previously program considered that current and target cities had the same DST status. Main dialog window of the program has check boxes that allow user to show separately if DST is used in the city of current location and in target city. So, responsibility for DST correction falls on user.
- When setting DLT for current and target cities user should take into account that difference between DLT for source city (1 if set) and DLT for target city (1 if set) is used in correction of start time of the appointment. So, if both source and target cities have the same DLT user could leave both check boxes unchecked (or checked).

- DST settings selected by user for the check boxes are stored in the registry.

- Clarified the program behaviour for time change of previously processed appointment.

- Let the program is used for the same target city that is already mentioned in TimeZone notes for Location property of appointment. Then the program consider that user have selected new time for the same target city and modifies the time in Calendar for current city accordingly.
- Let user executes the program for the other target city than the one mentioned in notes for Location. Then program will use the time mentioned in TimeZone notes as the base.
- If you would like to set new appointment time for new target city then when editing the appointment time you should delete TimeZone note from Location property of the appointment. TimeZone will create new note for your new target city.
- Bug fixed: when DST is used, time correction for all-day events was made as for standard time, i.e. by 1 hour less than it should be.
- Bug fixed: despite the message \"Invalid timezone information for current city. Correction will be cancelled.\" invalid appointment time correction was made.

This program can be used by a police officer to make a schedule of police related dates/appointments. eg,. Court Dates. The program sorts them into a easy to pan calendar and you can export the list.
