A simple application for Series 80. Implements a Series 80-style user interface with an application title. Shows how to implement dialog-based interaction.

An application for Series 80. SRuler brings the famous Ruler application from Nokia 9110 Communicator to Series 80. SRuler supports both metric and imperial systems, and the ruler view can be trimmed to meet user preferences.

For developers SRuler shows how to dynamically query physical device capabilities. Implementing applications so that they can scale to hardware is important in Symbian world where the target device is variable.

IconEdit is a freeware Icon creator/editor for Nokia Communicators 9200/9300/9500 aimed at programmers who would like to create icons for their programs on the device rather than using the BMCONV utility from the SDK.
IconEdit was written in OPL (the source code is available on request - drop me an email if you want to have it). For IconEdit to run, you need the latest OPL runtime for your Communicator installed. For your convenience, the latest OPL runtimes for Nokia 9200 and Nokia 9500 are included in the ZIP file.
