One guide can publish such a geo-referenced message that informs about a high risk of avalanches, and any other guide that attends the same place will get the warning. It is a kind of blog, in which editors and readers share the same physical place.

NoWaiTZ removes wait states from RAM and ROM on IIIx and V, and minimizes streaking on the 3x. Does NOT interefere with beaming or serial port speeds since it DOES NOT OVERCLOCK.
Any instability is because the system will not tolerate the lowered wait states (or an app uses a static timing loop and wont work at higher speed) and is not something I can fix. Since there are other overclocking or wait state reduction utilities, I thought I would throw mine in.
Note:
Use at your own risk. Install then Reset to activate. To disable, reset while holding the up scroll button and delete it using launcher.
Enhancements:
- Much smaller, LCD timing unchanged in this version (use streak hack if you need to, with the grayscale programs it conflicts too much). Not supported, may cause problems including loss of data since it eliminates wait states.

- Runs out of reset.
