Minimum System Requirements
Mobile Citrix Client can be installed on any BlackBerry smartphone that meets the following minimum requirements:
- color BlackBerry smartphone with v4.0 or higher of the BlackBerry system software
- wireless data plan
- 64 MB of memory (or more)
For the best performance, we recommend high-speed networks such as EDGE or EVDO.
You can use Mobile Citrix Client to connect to Citrix Presentation Server versions XP, 3.0, 4.0 and 4.5.
Connection Methods
Mobile Citrix Client lets you connect to your Citrix Presentation Server one of the following connection methods:
- MDS Service on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
- TCP/IP
- BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)
Each of these connection methods has different security options available.
