Portable ArsClip 3.1.3 Build 3933

Portable ArsClip 3.1.3 Build 3933 is a smart utility which can remember the latest clipboard entries and lets you paste the entries into a program by pressing a global hot-key and selecting an item from the list. By configuring it, you can monitor both text and non-text clipboard entries.
