Track calories to lose or gain weight by entering them on your Pocket PC before you forget. It includes a 6,000-food USDA database that can be searched nearly instantly for any given food. Enter the portion size, and total calories are automatically entered. It supports data for up to four users, estimates the time to reach target weight, calculates BMI and calories burned, and shows net calorie data over time. CalTracks simple interface makes it easy to keep track, since you just enter calories, and it does the rest.
