PocketCardio 2.0 is a powerful and popular utility which tracks and monitors your cardiovascular (aerobic) workout sessions.

When used with PocketFitness and LiftLog, you can obtain an accurate profile of your aerobic and anaerobic progress. Get muscular and lean!

Major Features:

1. Record training date, type of exercise, level of effort, speed, duration, distance, heart rate, calories burned, and any notes that you want.
2. Predefined exercise types include: Bike, Stepper, Rower, Treadmill, Aerobics, Walking and Jogging. You can add additional exercise types (e.g., Tae Bo)
3. Sort by Date, Exercise, Duration, Level of Effort, or any of the other fields.
4. Filter reports by Exercise or date, or create your own filters.
5. Track your progress over specified time periods (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, etc.).
6. Tracks multiple users (Personal Trainers can track clients)
