PatientRecords 1.0 is yet another extremely useful utility for everyone. It is actually a template for a standard Patient record disclosure agreement. Enter the fields into the boxes and select "Create" from the toolbar to create a form. Please note that the form must be signed by the patient.
This program requires that you have both the BeanDLL.dll file and the runtime files for Visual Basic on your PocketPC computer. Simply unzip the file for your processor and place the DLL file in the Windows folder of your PocketPC computer.
