Workout Tracker includes an extensive menu of exercises, all of which can be customized to fit your needs. Workout Tracker keeps a convenient list of all the exercises you do, organized by date. You can record information for each exercise, customize exercises to suit your needs, and more.
Each exercise has numerous customizable fields, so you can record the information that you need. Workout Tracker graphs the data from each exercise from day to day, so you can track your progress against your goals. If you always do the same set of exercises together, you can group them into a single routine. Entering a routine into Workout Tracker lets you enter the entire group of exercises at the same time.
