PalmResults 2.11

PalmResults can be used specifically for on-water crew regattas.
The application buttons serve as the start/stop and split functions of the internal stopwatch.
Once the winning time is provided by the on-water judge, the results for all places are automatically calculated.
Enhancements:
- PalmResults has been updated to include the ability to create and store your entire regattas events list.
- Each event name is used as a results record in the new database which appears in the main results window.
- The user now can tap on a result record, run a race and store the results under the same record name.
- Unnamed events get stored with a date and timestamp.
- Event types have been added to support high school, collegiate, club and even masters events.
- A bug in the split timer button processing has been fixed to remove the 30 - 80 msec timer latency.
