The human body is determined by certain cycles. There is the night and day cycle, which determines our activity and rest periods. There is a 4 weeks cycle which determines the menstruation of women or there is the yearly cycle of the 4 seasons, which influences our general mood due to the varying stimulation of the hypophysis caused by the varying light intensity of the different seasons to name just a few of them. However there are also some more subtile cycles, which have an additional influence on our physical, emotional, intelectual and intuitive capabilities. Biorythm 1.0 can calculate these cycles for you and also helps you interpret them by giving you a detailed analysis for each day. This way you can use your energies most efficiently and you will achieve your targets with less effort.

Installation: When you open the zip file, you will find the PocketPC setup file and another zip file with the windows setup files. To install the PocketPC version, just run the PocketPC file on your desktop computer and follow the installation instructions. To install the windows version, extract the windows zip file in a folder and run the setup file from there. Then you just have to follow the installation instructions.
