XNotes 1.01 description
Running on PC, XNotes export or synchronize (sync) Lotus Notes address book to Windows Mobile devices address book without Microsoft Outlook, it works with Smartphone and Pocket PC. These device include Windows Mobile 2003, 2003SE and Windows Mobile 5.0 (WM5) running on ARMV4.
User could choose all or some contacts to send to device. User can mapping different fields between Notes and Windows Mobile device address book database. User can choose the action when duplicate contact found.
Limitation:
XNotes works only in one way sync, that is it can only send contacts from Lotus Notes to device, but not read contacts from device update back to Lotus Notes.
Here are some key features of "XNotes":
· User does NOT need Microsoft Outlook installed.
· User does not need Administration right of the PC to run XNotes.
· User could choose which contacts need to be sync to device.
· Wizard like step by step interface easy for beginner.
