Tom Thumb Software's Time To Time is an easy-to-use program for recording and reporting billable time for multiple customers and accounts. The Time To Time program is for professionals and nonprofessionals who bill clients for their time or track time for other reasons. The invoice/reporting program works on a desktop PC running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.

8. Allows time to be rounded up or down to the nearest reporting time.
9. Allows hourly rates to be saved for each project.Invoices and reports are created and edited in MS Word, WordPerfect or WordPad.
