The new Minutes of Meeting 4.5 enables you to organize your meetings by date. It helps you to add, organize, reschedule meetings, export to various file formats and Outlook Integration with an user friendly interface.
The Minutes of Meeting v4.5 features a Desktop Companion which helps to add meetings at the desktop and synchronize them with the Minutes of Meeting Pocket PC version and vice versa.

The Meetings in the Minutes of Meeting Pocket PC version can be viewed in 4 different views (similar to the inbuilt Calendar).
The Agenda View provides a quick list of Meetings of the Month.
The Day View & Week View lists the meetings as the name suggests with drag & drop feature to re-schedule the meetings easily.
The Month View given a over view of the number of meetings on each day of the month keeps you informed about your schedules.
