The new Minutes of Meeting 5.0 enables you to organize your meetings by date. It helps you to add, organize, reschedule meetings, organize Meeting Documents, and Pocket Outlook Integration with an user friendly interface.
Along with Meeting title, date, venue, presided by details, each meeting can be accompanied with below details,

Meeting Documents in your Pocket PC
Meeting Documents Organizer:
Meeting Document Organizer helps you to organize Documents scattered in your Pocket PC within each of your Meeting Records.
Browse to various Documents in Your Pocket PC related to your Individual Meetings.
Add Meeting Document Links.
Open them at any time without going to File Explorer.
The Meetings in the Minutes of Meeting Pocket PC version can be viewed in 4 different views (similar to the inbuilt Calendar).
As all the data from your pocket pc is can be backed up in your desktop, you can safely hard-reset your device and you can restore all your data from your desktop back to your pocket pc.
Import Tasks and Contacts
Import Tasks:
The tasks from the inbuilt Task application can be imported as meeting to-dos involving simple steps. The tasks are imported along with the subject, priority and status (active/done).
Import Contacts:
The Minutes of Meeting Pocket PC Edition provides feature to import Attendees list from the inbuilt Contacts application.
