Mileage Expense 2 for HanDBase 1.0

This applet will put in the current date, and allows for the following fields: Company Visited, City, Begin Odometer, Ending Odometer, and calculates the total mileage. It also has a pull down menu for other expenses like parking or train fares and an amount field for the other expense. It also has a checkbox for reminding you if you have expensed it or not. Finally it has a notes field for anything that you need to add with that record. I use it for when I do an oil change so I can search to find the last time I did one.
I use this all the time when I need to travel to a customer or to my corporate head quarters. I am able to keep track of how many miles I put on the car each year and it reminds me which trips I still need to put on an expense report.
