Loan Pro gives you several tools to quickly evaluate your different loan options. A built-in loan database allows you to save and compare any number of different loan options. Keep track of each of your clients requirements. (New in version 3.0) View the amortization schedule for payment, interest paid, beginning balance, ending balance, principal paid, and commutative interest (New in version 3.0). Now you can easily show your clients how much interest they save with different loan options! The "Analysis" button summarizes the total interest, insurance, and taxes paid over the life of the loan.

In version 3.0, estimated closing costs are also included in the summary screen. The export to memo pad feature gives you a tool to save, beam or print your results. Pop-up calculator for data entry. (No need to know graffiti). Also includes basic math functions for calculations on the fly.
