Game Timer 1.4

Game Timer - track the time for each move while playing games such as chess or scrabble.
Takes the place of a mechanical game/turn timer.
Enhancements:
- Bugfix: "switch" buttons realigned
- Handicaps: one player can now start with less time than the other
- Option to allow each clock to reset at the beginning of each turn
- Option to allow Fischer time to take effect at the end of the benefitting players turn (instead of the beginning of the next turn)
- Split up the preferences screen into three screens
- Fixed code to no longer require a complete reinstall of GameTimer for upgrades
